FAQ

  • Is the price per person?

The price is per home/organisation, not per person. Each plan includes access for a set number of staff (e.g. up to 10, 25 or 50). No individual payments or sign-ups needed.

  • How do staff access the training?

Once you choose your plan, we send you a unique enrolment link. Staff click it, create their login once, and then they can access all included courses and resources any time while your membership is active.

  • What happens when a staff member leaves?

You can replace staff within your seat limit. If someone leaves, you can remove their access and use that place for a new team member so your induction and CPD stay consistent.

  • Do staff get certificates?

Yes. Each Essential course (and selected other topics) includes a quiz and downloadable certificate on completion. Staff can keep these for their own CPD record; you can also use them for supervision, HR files and inspections.

  • What is included in the membership?

Your membership includes all Essential training, staff wellbeing content and downloadable tools (worksheets, forms, key work resources, etc.). New trainings and resources are added regularly, and your home gets access to everything while your membership is active.

  • What tech do staff need?

Just an internet connection and a device (PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone). Everything runs online — no special software needed.
